Job Description
Joining our team as a Dispatch Administrator, you will carry out duties, including:
- Assist with all aspects of the Dispatch process,
- Ensure customer delivery dates are met
- Ensure required communication is maintained, to include the answering of delivery queries and provision of POD's
- Providing SOP team with timely update of delivery data
- Ensure the booking process with the hauliers is clear
- Record all orders
- Ensure Transport Diary is maintained at all times
- Ensure Daily invoicing details are relayed
- Any other duties to aid the smooth running of the warehouse & office
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral • Strong listening skills • Keen eye for detail • Highly numerically accurate • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Excel • Planning & Organisation - ability to perform to clearly defined deadlines and milestones
