Job Description

We have a brand new opening for a Studio Administrator for a highly successful multi-disciplinery design studio. They work across a number of sectors spread across 5 busy studio’s, UK and oversea, working together on projects.

As the Studio Administrator you’ll be a key support to the studio assisting where needed, with a flexible approach where no job is too small.

What you’ll do…..

  • Answering the telephone / message taking
  • Accepting deliveries / managing post
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Creating new project numbers on our project management system
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Regular replenishing of office supplies
  • Weekly excel resource exercise
  • Management of team’s calendar and meeting rooms
  • Electronic filing and archiving
  • Organising lunches
  • Assisting with the studio’s recycling
  • Assisting with team events
  • General research and errands

Skills you’ll need……

  • Strong MS office skills
  • In-design experience preferable, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise, organise and plan
  • Ability to successfully interpret briefs
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Good team working skills
