Applicant management
Qualifying applicants and booking viewings
Booking market appraisals
Responding to and management of leads
Referencing of applicants and issuing of appropriate legal documentation in a timely manner
Progression of lets and liaising with property manager to ensure successful move in
Creating tenancy agreements
Managing the student referencing
Managing tenancy renewals - running of timely reports to ensure tenancy renewals are negotiated and agreed by both landlord and tenant and renewal documents are created and sent for signing
Taking payments over the phone
Providing support to the Lettings & Property Manager & Director
Ensuring our notes system is kept up to date
Notifying utility companies of change of tenant
Conducting some sales and rental viewings as and when required (subject to commission)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be compassionate and friendly with a warm temperament. Attention to detail is essential along with high accuracy in spelling. Someone with great communication skills both verbal and written, will go the extra mile and is a supportive and willing team member.
