The programme is structured differently depending on course needs – from sessions embedded in learning and teaching, peer assisted study sessions (PAL/PASS), buddy schemes, and e-mentoring. Academics select modules as well as Level 4 and 5 students to mentor Level 3 and 4 students on same course. They also support mentors throughout the year. Academic Mentoring Advisers train, observe and support mentors. An Administrator schedules mentee sessions aligned to mentor availability, and provides support to all other area of the programme.
