Job Description
  • Dealing with petty cash and reimbursements
  • Processing purchase cards and engaging with members of staff to chase up payment
  • Processing / payment of invoices
  • Accurately updating the Social Care Records systems
  • Inputting weekly staff rostering
  • Taking minutes at various meetings using a laptop

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally within a Children’s Services or Residential Department. Having minute taking experience and ability is essential for this post.
