Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Arranging all equipment and property for new starters (uniform, welcome pack, office passes etc.)
  • Role profile maintenance
  • Employee of the month process and admin
  • Issuing DSC vacancy bulletin weekly
  • Team events admin - tracking attendees etc.
  • Creating and sending monthly newsletters to all team
  • Updating Event Calendar throughout the year
  • Collection and comms of donations to chosen charities
  • Leavers' checklist maintenance and collecting all property from leavers
  • Follow up on probation dates and corresponding documents
  • Document tracking (1-2-1, return to work etc.)
  • Drafts of bulk HR related letters
  • In charge of the visitors process, as a point of contact (including the reception line)
  • Responsible for ordering all office supplies and equipment (stationary, tea/coffee/milk, paper, ink, uniform, cleaning products etc.
  • First Aider for the office
  • Responsible for ordering and set up of catered lunches
  • Website call handler - directing calls to correct department
  • Responsible for checking first aid kits and keeping them well stocked
  • Support CEO when Executive Assistant on leave or away from the office
  • Keeping track of Meeting Room bookings and office desk booking system
  • Supporting the Leadership team with diary management, bookings, expense submissions etch

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You are someone who enjoys a fast paced, dynamic work environment and who excels in quick problem solving and has a keen eye for detail. You are able to work tactically and think strategically as the business rapidly scales. You understand how integral you are to success and future of DigiHaul and the part you play in transforming an industry. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills must be capable of multitasking. Strong communication skills (verbal & written), good telephone manner, positive can do attitude, customer service focused. Ability to work without supervision, ability to meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure. Minimum 2 year’s experience in an administrative role.
