Job Description

Job Introduction
We are looking for a positive and committed part-time receptionist who can provide a full receptionist function and administrative support to one of our residential homes.

Our residents are at the heart of all we do and therefore we look for applicants who can are confident in delivering the below responsibilities and doing so with our Surrey values front of mind.

Our Receptionists:
help maintain a secure environment ensuring visitors sign in and out as they enter and leave the building
provide the home with reception services, both by operating the switchboard and greeting visitors, and referring complex and highly confidential issues to senior staff in order to respond to queries
manage the incoming and outgoing post and prepare all correspondence / letters /reports for the home to a professional standard
accept deliveries on behalf of the home and ensure that these are dealt with in a safe and efficient way for both the home and the suppliers
maintain the records for all residents, and manage and maintain an organized working environment through the use of diaries, telephone and filing systems
organize meetings and undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the home management team
