Your work will include organizing and clerking Boards of Examiners, organizing and clerking programme committees, arranging the production of exam papers and programme and module documentation.
You will have proven administrative experience, good organizational and IT skills, and the ability to use initiative and a flexible approach in delivering to deadline.
You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible in time and in workload to support effective team working and to facilitate seamless customer service to our academic colleagues. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and you will have excellent communications skills in working effectively with key individuals.
You will be educated with A-levels or equivalents, or proven professional work experience.
