Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Service Excellence, the Project Support Administrator will be supporting the day to day administration for service delivery of a key new Satellite Data Communications project.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Placing orders with 3rd party providers and ensuring delivery is completed
  • Scheduling installations with both the in-house teams and the customer
  • Activation of services and acceptance criteria checking
  • Maintaining entries on various portals and issue monthly reports

To be a successful Project Support Administrator you will be proficient in MS office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular) as well as having excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

You will also;

  • Hold strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in interacting with customers and 3rd party suppliers in a professional manner
  • Analytical data entry experience
