We have the most exciting opportunity and are waiting for a dynamic, driven individual who is passionate about delivering customer service excellence and problem-solving. As a vital member of our North East region, you’ll be responsible for planning solutions for customers and our prestigious client Thames Water! You will be working alongside key members to help plan and manage our customers throughout their journey with us.

You will also be responsible for coordinating planned works and liaising with managers and employees in the field across our Chertsey Central South region. You will ensure the right engineers have the right equipment to complete the work most importantly in line with safety and deliver stellar customer service.

In addition to this, you will be required to carry out ad hoc tasks given to you by the Regional and Operational Managers. You will be in charge of the CCTV and field administrator

About you:

Previous planning/coordinating experience is desired but not essential as we have a great training package that will teach you how to be the very best you can be!
