Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department
- Process Sales Variation Orders and work with the Commercial Department to ensure POs are raised in a timely manner and payments for customer extras are received
- Raise Purchase Orders for all sales running costs and action goods deliverable notes on COINS Accounts system
- Ensure payment deadlines are met by processing all invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Input into internal systems i.e. CIS, SERUM and COINS and produce necessary reports
- Liaise with internal departments and external contractors
- Support the PA to Sales & Marketing Director and cover where necessary
- Handle telephone enquiries in an efficient manner
- Provide reception cover as required
Competencies -
- 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Experience of working in an administrative role or accounts/procurement, working to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
- High attention to detail
- Able to produce accurate work, to tight deadlines
- Able to work both as part of a team and independently when required
- Confident when dealing with customers both internal and external
