Job Description

This doesn’t mean you will have the workload of two people, but rather that you’ll put on different hats as you support people with eating disorders and the wider service.

As an HR Administrator, you will provide secretarial services to designated managers/departments, this will see you arrange meetings, minute taking and supporting with correspondence. 

When you are not providing HR support, you will provide detailed and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Hospital Director. This will see you manage their dairy, organise meetings, visits and venues, and when present be able to promptly minute take.

Other responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical/typing duties 
  • Advise, purchase and maintain office equipment in line with the requirements of the unit
  • Manage and internal and external postal systems
  • Maintain all updates and changes on the HR system

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’s, including English and Maths, at grade C/grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 
  • Secretarial and administrative experience
  • Experience working in a similar setting is desirable
