Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the telephone and face to face, so it is essential that you have a professional and polite approach, with exceptional communication skills, and are dedicated to provide excellent client care. You will need to ensure the smooth running of the office by undertaking various administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Formatting/typing and printing letters.
- Raising bills.
- Account’s checklists.
- Issuing Letters of Engagement.
- Corporation tax e-filing.
- Scanning incoming post and distributing to Managers/Partners.
- Sending copies of invoices to clients.
- Indexing all documents, mail, and emails in Virtual Cabinet.
- Mailings to clients as necessary.
- Reception/phone cover as necessary.
- Admin assistance for Credit Control.
- Other ad hoc admin duties including archiving and client records control.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5 GCSEs at Level C or above (or equivalent), one of which must be English Language. Experience in a similar position is preferable. Experience using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent telephone and front of house manner.
