Job Description
You will provide daily support to the business and ensure the efficient running of all operations. They are looking for a passionate, hands-on, multi-talented individual who will grow with the company.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the switchboard; screen and redirect calls, take and relay messages
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Booking travel, both domestic and international for head office and remote based staff
- Weekly audit of office supply i.e. stationery, consumables.
- Reconcile credit notes and invoices for monthly payments and company credit cards
- Dealing with and forwarding post- managing the incoming and outgoing courier bookings
- Assist with H&S for the offices i.e. first aider, fire alarm / drill management
- Posting internal memos and official notices as required, by email
- Adhoc administration as the business demands
- Organize all incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, log consignments and distribute
- General administrative and clerical support including maintain and organize meeting room diaries
- Maintaining a high standard Covid free office i.e. daily temperature testing of staff and guest
- Arranging for reactive maintenance services with external supplier
