Job Description

Hours will be between 08:00 & 20:00 on a rota basis working 5 out of 7 days. The ideal candidates will be fully flexible to work any of the days or hours required.

You will be given a 2 day virtual training course followed by a week of working with a 'buddy' to give you one on one training (virtually).

The job entails completing verification of documents sent in by customers. You will be given a target of 12 per hour minimum (This may sound low but there are quite a few systems involved in completing these checks). This is also a high risk role as we need to ensure that we are not allowing an incorrect customer access to an account. Attention to detail is key to this role and you will have to pass an attention to detail test for this.

To be offered this role you must be able to conduct a video telephone interview, pass a basic DBS and credit check, commit to at least three months work and be able to work the hours flexibly as stated.

The role is due to start on the 31st August and be approx. 3 months - permanent opportunities' are available for the staff who work well within the role.
