This role is a home based contract, MHR head offices are in Nottingham, however travel to customer sites will be required during the week and our MHR customer base covers the whole of the UK.
Act as lead payroll application consultant on customer implementation projects
Demonstrate expertise in iTrent configuration to advise, set up and implement process workflows and forms in order to achieve efficient for Payroll Team and the wider business
Lead on the iTrent design, development, implementation & maintenance of best practice Payroll processes incorporating new iTrent development and enhancements
Provide advice and guidance on iTrent functionality and best practice processes
Configure and test solutions based on completed system functional scoping /blueprint documents
Unit Test all iTrent configuration prior to going handover of test and live builds to customers
Lead training workshops on system modules and payroll soft skills
Review and develop Payroll systems & process and provide best practice recommendations
Working as part of a dedicated project team in delivering a solution driven service to our customers
Clearly communicate progress, issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Extensive Payroll experience • iTrent system configuration (desirable) • Consultancy experience (desirable) • Knowledge of iTrent software would be desirable OR Payroll software • Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a business • Experience of software project delivery • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Commercial awareness • Able to manage time efficiently and effectively
