Job Description

We are looking for someone who has a natural affinity for organization and coordination to jump in and ensure our lively office is run smoothly and with efficiency.
Main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and coordinating all office administration to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and safety across the UK group
  • Being the go-to person for all office related queries or requests, both internally and externally
  • Managing inventory and maintaining the office
  • Organize office operations, ensuring we abide to government guidelines in reducing the spread of COVID-19, maintaining a safe and secure working environment
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders and vendors
  • Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems including COVID-19 social distancing regulations
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current and security, integrity and confidentiality of data is GDPR compliant
  • Centralize and negotiate travel bookings
