Job Description

This is an exciting and fast paced Unit, currently dealing with some of the highest profile activities.
The company undertakes work from the issue of FPNs to the production of evidential prosecution packages and carrier liability process, in response to non-compliance with:

  • Passenger Locator Forms
  • Pre-departure testing
  • On- arrival testing
  • Managed Quarantine Service

Key Responsibilities of the role:
The work is challenging yet rewarding, implementing the requirement set out in the Health Measures at the Border protocols.
You will be responsible for supporting delivery of the current policy, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing case files to criminal justice standards for supporting of prosecution cases as necessary.
  • Ensuring data is submitted to central Home Office within set timeframes.
  • Responsible for the accurate transfer of quality data gathered by Border Force frontline officers to relevant databases.
  • Have responsibility for the timely and accurate transfer of data on to a CL database and for making referrals for offences to Carrier Liability (CL) Regulators for possible carrier prosecution
  • Managing shared inboxes and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assure all incoming FPNs and deciding whether to issue or reject
  • Keeping payment records accurate and up to date
  • Managing complaints from members of the public sent BF CJU in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring adherence to Data Protection and other data management protocols
