Job Description

Due to expansion my client is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work alongside the estimating and helpdesk team. Collating, checking & verifying minor works quotations for their maintenance contracts before they are sent to the client.

This role is key to ensure quotations are correct and submitted without returned queries.

A keen eye to detail is a must, as is a strong working knowledge of FM projects, construction/fabric

You will report directly to the operations manager.

  • Ability to manage clients and sub contractors expectations
  • Ability to create rapport with colleagues

  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong IT Skills • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook • Ability to learn a new specialist in house software system.
