We are looking for someone to start immediately in this administartive support role. You will be working on a part-time basis, 22.5 hours per week, 3 from 5 days, Monday-Friday with this well respected, well know organisation who provide fantastic support to the Bradford community. You will be undertaking various admin and clerical duties to enable the others in the team to go about their important work with people in need
Specifically on a day to day basis you will be undertaking the follwoing duties:
Support the team with communications - emails, over the phone, letters
Flagging up and recording serious matters that come in over email
Updating the team's task list
Arranging and updating of appointments
Undertaking ad-hoc requests such as photocopying, collation of information on behalf of the teams
Book meeting rooms through inhouse booking system
Use databases as directed by team manager to record and extract information
Maintain the current office systems in place whilst ensuring information is stored contemporaneously and correctly.
Responsibility for arranging meetings and organising appropriate hospitality and venues as required
Take notes where required
Typing up of meeting notes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• office experience • Good verbal and writtem communication skills. • Experience Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Software. • Data input experience • General of database/office filing management • Microsoft Teams and Safeguard Ulysses desirable but training will be given on these programme
