Job Description
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to assist with the following.
- Keeping up to date Spreadsheets
- Formatting CVs as required
- Liaising with candidates to get information required
- Uploading CVs to recruitment software
- Responding to emails
- Assisting payroll as required
- Liaising with suppliers
- Some travel will be required to clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excel knowledge • Other Microsoft experience • Confident speaking on the phone with clients and candidates
