Job Description

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to assist with the following.

  • Keeping up to date Spreadsheets
  • Formatting CVs as required
  • Liaising with candidates to get information required
  • Uploading CVs to recruitment software
  • Responding to emails
  • Assisting payroll as required
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Some travel will be required to clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excel knowledge • Other Microsoft experience • Confident speaking on the phone with clients and candidates
