Job Description

To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Solutions business unit and management team. Acting as a point of contact for the business unit, dealing professionally and courteously with all enquiries by post, email, telephone and occasionally face to face. Providing specialist administrative support in relation to transport matters.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to quickly assimilate new information and systems. Exceptional Customer Service. Adaptable. Data entry and processing, storage of data, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to: Analyze data to identify anomalies and outliers. Priorities workload and meet deadlines. Communicate with, co-ordinate and liaise with a multidisciplinary team. Remain calm in a busy environment whilst working under pressure. Excellent organizational skills. Use own initiative. Experience of: A range of administrative procedures and practices ideally within a Commercial setting. Working within the NSH or a similar multi-disciplinary agency. Invoice administration. Customer service dealing with internal and external customers. Project support would be desirable. Qualifications Educated to ‘GCSE’ level or equivalent. Attainment of a relevant qualification commensurate with the role e.g. NVQ L3 in business administration (or equivalent experience gained and demonstrated in previous roles).
