Job Description

You will be working within the Retail Operations team, supporting the daily operations of Transaction Services, and taking ownership of coordinating Fitters for Bespoke Alterations. You will demonstrate world class customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders and will use your detail-oriented approach to ensure that administrative tasks are completed to an exceptional standard.

You’ll provide vital administrative support within the Retail Operations team to ensure that we are able to efficiently assist our colleagues on the shop floor. You’ll book fittings for customers throughout the day and booking in garments to be altered.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You’ll have a strong customer focus when dealing with internal parties. You’ll have good PC literacy (Excel, Word). You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you’ll assist internal stakeholders both in person and over the telephones, resolving a variety of enquiries regarding alterations. You’ll be flexible and readiness to adapt to changing priorities. You’ll have great time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multitask.
