This role includes responsibilities such as proactively providing administrative support to the team, supporting the smooth running of Board and Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with UK and overseas corporate legislative requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with the Group’s own Corporate Governance and Internal Control Framework, assisting with any reporting requirements to our Office, including the quarterly return and Control Standards Assessment, plus additional responsibilities.
