Job Description

This role includes responsibilities such as proactively providing administrative support to the team, supporting the smooth running of Board and Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with UK and overseas corporate legislative requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with the Group’s own Corporate Governance and Internal Control Framework, assisting with any reporting requirements to our Office, including the quarterly return and Control Standards Assessment, plus additional responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, proficient use of Diligent Boards (or equivalent software), minute writing skills, Adobe/PDF to combine meeting papers, use of Visio or updates to the Corporate Structure Chart (or equivalent software), good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, proactive, a team player and compliant with company values.
