Job Description

This role reports to an Operations Support Team Leader and works closely with the Work Planning and regional maintenance teams. With links across the business area and across company. You will be responsible for the back-office administration supporting the Direct Maintenance service delivery in this essential support function.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a fast paced role delivering professional and great customer service on a daily basis. Approaching tasks with energy and determination to get a positive outcome for our residents.
You will be part of a sizeable team, and will contribute actively to a positive working environment, following organizational values (People, Impact, Inclusion, Passion and Responsibility) and Behavioral framework.
The team work on a Rota basis Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday where required. Early shifts start at 7:30am and the latest finish time is 6pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will ideally have a good knowledge of Direct Maintenance & Repairs and will have worked within a supportive administration and scheduling function within a social housing role.
