This role would suit a candidate with a similar background in customer services in an office environment with excellent communication skills.
Hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Introductory calls to new clients
Dealing with customer inquiries by telephone and email
Data entry for new and existing clients
Setting up files for other members of the team
Liaising with other estate agents to check the length of the property chain
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Working as part of a fast paced, proactive team
Support the team with administrative duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
