Job Description

In this role you will work very closely with the UK Finance Director and will provide support to the board of directors and operational managers within the business with occassional travel to other sites.

Whilst having full responsibility for setting up the FP&A function, you will also be responsible for the following:

Analysis of weekly performance report
Co-ordination of annual budgeting and re-forecasting
Providing analysis of acquisitions and other corporate finance work
Development and monitoring financial and operational KPIs

In this role, you will require excellent communication skills and will be able to translate financial information for non-finance colleagues, ensuring that this is understood and can be used for the future growth plans for the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) you will have ideally gained experience in an FP&A role and will be highly proficient in Excel modelling. Your presentation skills will be sharp and you will be comfortable in front of senior colleagues, having conviction in the numbers you're presenting.
