Payroll Manager

Job Description
The role will include:
Managing the 2 monthly payrolls – end to end
Support the payroll assistant where necessary
Support year end payroll process
Work closely with HR and site managers
Payroll queries
Support the payroll manager and provide cover when needed
Support with a new payroll system implementation
Maintain the payroll and pension control accounts
Payroll reporting and journal entries
Furlough calculations and claims
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered you need to have the following experience: • Working with large complex payroll • End to end payroll experience • Financial reporting on payroll • Working with multiple departments on payroll queries • Exposure to furlough • Auto-enrolment pension They are looking for someone who is: • Proactive in their working style • Has a keen eye for detail • Can prioritise a busy workload • Can work to strict deadlines • Work well in a team
