Job Description

The ideal candidate must be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
This role involves ensuring that high standards and compliant administration are met at all times and to assist in the warehouse when required as well as making deliveries to site.
Key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for logging, keying and tracking stock
  • Be able to understand and work accurately on a computerized system
  • Identify and use up unallocated stock
  • Check and unload warehouse deliveries
  • Being available to deliver to site when required
  • Liaising with fitters, sites/sales and clients
  • Ensuring completion notes are received on time and are properly completed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Commitment to working as part of a team and excellent administrative skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and accurately. A full UK driving license to complete driving duties. Must be willing to undertake training for a Fork Lift Truck certificate. At least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Math & English or equivalent.Commitment to working as part of a team and excellent administrative skills.
