Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer service tickets created from the company's e-commerce website
- General order progression/payment questions/general questions and queries around the products
- Use of four web portals plus Microsoft excel/Google sheets
- Incoming phone calls will be phased in
- High workload and will require the right candidate to work at pace, with accuracy as it is an online customer facing role
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- A minimum of two years Customer service / office administration background
- Basic Google sheets / Microsoft Excel competency - filters/drop down boxes
- Ability to evaluate information, form a judgement from multiple sources to create a customer response
- Experienced in working to KPIs
- Strong problem-solving ability
- IT competent: Navigation of web pages / tabs / multiple windows
