The Temporary PA will be responsible for -
- Office duties such as filing, scanning, faxing and post distribution
- Assisting with diary management and organising meetings
- Taking minutes in any meetings that require it
- General office admin ad hoc duties
- Updating spreadsheets

The Temporary PA will have/be -
- Experience as a PA in an office setting
- Be flexible to work part time or full time hours when requested
- Proficient with all Microsoft Programmes
