CLIENT SERVICE ADVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Converting warm leads passed on by making outbound calls and discussing the companies service
- Maintaining a list of potential warm leads and follow up on these leads
- Manage client correspondence or feedback
- Accurately enter client information on to the in-house systems
- Other general administration

• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner • Strong customer focus with the ability to promote company services • Self-motivated and ability to use initiative • Experience working within a professional, office environment • Computer literate • Ability to multi-task and prioritise • Team Player
