Job Description
  • Purchase Ledger - Invoices / Statements / Queries & Returns
  • Be an integral part of the finance team and help support management
  • Process and reconcile Cash Reconciliations
  • Process and reconcile Petty Cash.
  • Create weekly Stock Take Sheets for perpetual inventory and make amendments where necessary
  • Review stock write on and write off , review stock turnover
  • Update products and product pricing on our retail software systems
  • Customer contact to assist with queries when required
  • Individual projects agreed with the Finance Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Highly organised and skilled in all aspects of accounts • Keen to learn all aspects of the business • Excellent Excel knowledge and experience • Strong team player that enjoys a challenge • Fully supportive of the ongoing development and revitalisation of the business
