Job Description

The role will be daily- Monday to Friday 8am- 1pm and will require a person who has a real sense of urgency and also understands the importance of confidentiality.
You will report directly to the owner of the business and will be the go to person for members of staff within the office. You will not be precious in the tasks you are expected to undertake ( for instance there may be a few trips to the bank or going to get keys cut)
Role duties
 

  • Manging fleet records for vehicles
  • Assisting the external HR consultant with some HR admin support- confidentiality a must here
  • Upkeep of daily sickness and absence records
  • Managing key holders list
  • Creation of daily reports on excel
  • Daily banking
  • Building and facilities administration
  • Managing all record keeping and filing for the office
  • Managing couriers and daily deliveries to and from the office
  • Supporting the MD with any ad hoc tasks as and when needed

The successful candidate must be an excellent all -rounder and used to working for a smaller business and be happy to get stuck in and act on own initiative when needed.
The role is permanent and you must be able to work daily.
