Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a customer service/ administrator to work for a fun, sociable company in the Kingston area. The successful candidate will provide a highly professional level of customer service and support to the company’s customers via telephone and email. This is a fantastic role for a recent graduate who wants to build a career.

  • Be well educated: A-C in GCSEs /A levels
  • Have high level of customer service skills either in retail or office environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team handling a wide variety of tasks
