My client is currently looking for a short term temp to join their organisation this is temp to start asap until January 2020. This is at the rate of £12.17 paye
With your experience you will require to be able to do the below
- Take personal responsibility for assisting with calls, post, and requests for information.
- Accurate data inputting.
- Ordering stores and maintaining an accurate record of stock in and stock out working closely with the Line Managers to ensure the required amount of stock goes out to sites.
- Assist in ordering uniform supplies and ensure effective stock control replenishing if required.
- Identify hazards and complete risk assessments on a monthly basis and take remedial action as necessary for the health and safety check both internal and external to the office at Ashgrove.
- Photo copy, laminate and bind documents as required.
- Respond to fire alarms and assist emergency services as required. Contact emergency services whenever required.
- Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported to line manager. Appropriate paperwork to be completed within requested time scales.
- Arrange meetings as required, including booking meeting rooms, inviting attendees and arrange catering if appropriate.
- Raise and log purchase orders if necessary in the absence of the Admin Manager.
- Manually input tick sheets received from the team users.
- Insert bulk rubbish data to assist with the admin team.
- Set up new users on the correct systems in the absence of the Admin Manager.
- Promote positive image of the Association at all times through the establishment of a good working
- Relationship with residents / residents associations and area advocates where requested.
- Ensure good communication is kept with all teams and departments as required.
- Assist in monitoring the email group tray and deal with enquiries as required.
- Assist in monitoring repairs emails and forward the information to relevant staff and line manager.
- Manage Housing Support Caretaker (HSC) requests, ensuring accuracy and confirm completion to the housing team.
- Ensure compliance with and the promotion of the organisations Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and relevant Legislation.
- Undertake any other duties broadly consistent with the level of post as requested from time to time by the line manager.
