Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To communicate and liaise with customers via telephone, email and face to face
• Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests
• Negotiate with customers to finalise the sale of the vehicle
• Selling the additional finance products
• To appraise part-exchange vehicles in a professional manner and agree valuation with Sales Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidate Requirements: • Full UK driving licence • Previous car sales experience within a main dealer ideally • Excellent customer service and communications skills • Ability to liaise confidently with customers • Excellent time management skills
