Management Accountant

Job Description

• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and advising on best practices.
• Working together with other team members to meet deadlines.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts for your clients on a regular basis.
• Posting accrual, prepayment and other relevant journals.
• Preparing month end management accounts reports with commentary.
• Producing adhoc reporting for your clients.
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
• Cashflow forecasting & Budget setting.
• You will report to the Account Director.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of Xero desirable but not essential. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • QBE / PQ ACCA / PQ CIMA / AAT Level 4 minimum • At least 3 years’ experience in a management accounting role. • Knowledge of Xero desirable but not essential. • Excellent communication skills. • Able to effectively prioritize own workload and meet deadlines. • Organized and methodical. • Adaptive and able to learn quickly, with an interest in new technology / cloud software. • Comfortable to communicate effectively & proactively with clients.
