Job Description

Summary of Position

As part of a small team this role will work closely with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Direct Supply Chains to provide telephone and email support to new and existing customers with a range of enquiries.

Candidate Profile

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful telephone manner.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Email, Word, Excel).
Customer Service experience preferably within a small business.
Administration experience, in particular processing an order end to end.
Experience of multitasking within a small varied team.
Flexible ‘can do’ attitude.

Hours of Business: 8:30pm – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
