Job Description

As Customer Services Administrator you will:

  • Use initiative and be able to communicate orders against stock, check delivery schedules and analyse sales history
  • Provide a 1st class customer service via email and over the phone
  • Showcase your accuracy and attention to detail when logging orders onto the company CRM system and tracking the status of orders and deliveries
  • Be a strong communicator and be able to liaise effectively with staff in different department to confirm status of orders and to resolve potential complaints
  • Possess goof IT skills including SAGE, Excel and sometimes Powerpoint
  • Be a quick leaner and be able to quickly develop general knowledge of the company, products, services and pricing
