Job Description
Working with and leading a team in the open plan office environment, your main duties will involve:
Day to day maintenance of our student records
Dealing with student enquiries in person, over the phone and by email
Monitor the teams’ reception duties
Processing student assessment and results
Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions
Working closely with academic staff at all levels to support teaching and learning
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is a team leadership role and therefore you will need to demonstrate excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills as well as good numeracy and written English. You must be highly proficient in using IT systems, such as a student record system or eLearning portal and Microsoft packages. As this is a student facing role excellent customer service skills are essential. You should have experience of working in a team and in a customer service environment.
