The role will have scope to develop into a HR Advisor position.
- First point of contact for HR queries ensuring logging of data through the HR system
- HR Administration: recruitment coordination, starters/leavers, changes to contract, issuing contracts, booking interviews
- Assist with inductions and onboarding
- Assist in ER cases whether this be investigation work or minute taking
- Provide ongoing support to the people managers within the business with coaching and guidance on HR policy
- Provide support to the wider HR team
- Assist the HR Manager in designing, developing and reviewing HR policies
- Assist in coordinating L&D activities
- Ad hoc HR Administration
