Property Administrator / Sales Progressor
Job Description
The Company:
Our client is an independent Estate Agency with numerous offices around Buckinghamshire and constantly expanding and growing as a business. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Sales Progressor to join their established company.
Role includes:
- Managing the sales progression process from the very beginning of accepted offer through to the end of completion – ensuring all partied are kept in the loop and very well informed.
- Making sure all files are maintained and updated for every sale and ensure all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and perfection.
- The ideal candidate will be the sole point of contact for all parties.
- They will have to liaise with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors on a daily basis.
- They will be promoting the companies services where appropriate and generating referral leads.

Essential Criteria:
- Right to work in the UK
- Must have recent experience in Sales Negotiating / Sales Progression within London
