Great opportunity for a confident, flexible administrator with strong customer service and marketing skills to join a Surrey based charity initially on a temporary basis but with view to becoming a permanent member of the team.
Job Purpose of the Administrator
The administrator will be the key contact for team members within the Charity and outside individuals for queries, responding or delegating the responsibility or diffusing the information to the correct department.
Principal Accountabilities of the Administrator
Manage bookings of presenters. Respond to general and booking enquiries. Organise the logistics of bookings/events of the Charity. Keep a record of bookings in a schedule. Processing feedback forms, number of attendees at presentation, booking numbers. Continually improves the method/system of storing information and data of bookings. Updating the Charitys social media platforms experience.
Experience
Whilst previous experience is not essential, the desire to learn and work within an office environment (and a charity) is a must as is being able to work on own initiative.
Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills. Confident and have ability to work on own initiative. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge and use of social media platforms. Able to work under pressure.
The holder must be prepared to be Enhanced DBS checked.
