Your new company
Working for a leading organisation in Redhill town centre you will be part of an established team and the main purpose of this position will be to provide customer account support.

This position is immediately available until December 2020. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate on application having held a similar role previously and not be on a notice period, able to start with immediate effect in August 2020.

Applicants must also have up to date customer administration or customer support experience (office based)

Confident in Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables & V-look up essential). and very confident in speaking with customers over the telephone.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to apply for this role we need you to be a team player who is reliable and dedicated to their role.

  • Previous accounts or customer service experience (ideally in an office support role)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to work on multiple tasks throughout the day
