The member of staff will be responsible for providing excellent Quality Customer Service. This role will involve supporting customers, processing their orders and dealing with any queries in a positive and effective manner.
This role is initially a Fixed Term Contract until December 2020, with the possibility of it becoming permanent..
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include;
Answering calls promptly and professionally at all times
Responding to email queries
Receiving and processing orders
Handling customer complaints
Building good customer relationships
Processing credit notes
Liaising with other departments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
