DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Client, Customer and system support/monitoring
Management of all internal systems and being the first point of contact for any issues and incidents
Providing high quality first line support for all complex enquiries from Clients
Provide a proactive service to clients by understanding their business processes and their use of our Systems
Ensure that all customer calls are accurately logged in the call management system and call reference numbers are issued
Aid external/internal audit
Ensure the resolution of operational issues to an acceptable conclusion
To undertake varying individual project work
Ensure effective procedures are in place for all Service Delivery processes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Credible education, educated to A level equivalent*. Experience working within Financial Services is ideal but not essential. Experience within Client Services is a MUST - Ideally 1-2 years. Excellent IT skills, Strong knowledge of MS Packages. A positive working attitude, a driven and motivated individual. Personable but professional individual who has a strong work ethic and is keen to learn and grow within the business.
