Salary £25,000 – £30,000 pa
Experienced Administrator needed to join this busy property company
Monday to Friday role 9:30 – 18:00 or 9:00 – 17:30 if preferred
Candidates must have excellent keyboard skills, accurate numerical ability and sound knowledge of MS office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
You will need very good English language skills a great telephone manner and a confident, positive approach
In addition to the administration responsibilities of this role candidates will have the opportunity to undertake property investment research
Offices close to Wimbledon Station
As Property Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Director and his team at this busy, friendly and professional property company that deals with high quality properties in London.
Responsibilities in this varied role will include:
Providing full administrative support to the Directors and Property Managers in a wide variety of administrative tasks
Using Mail Merge to create batches of documents
Updating property databases
Liaising with solicitors to progress property purchases
Conducting online property research
Candidates must:
Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
Show strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Have an excellent command of English language both written and verbal
